I was looking for a “.com” site to make my up and coming home business seem more professional. A friend recommended ServerPronto and within a day I already had my site up and running. Their swift professional service almost overwhelmed me. Previous hosts I had tried made me wait literally hours on the phone just to verify my account. Some of the previous hosts didn’t even offer linux based OSes. (i.e. Redhat, or Ubuntu) Also, SeverProntos 99.999% uptime guarantee was a big thing for me. I would hate to lose a sale simply because my customers weren’t able to utilize my site. Not only would it be un-profitable for me to lose sales, but to lose sales for such a silly reason is ridiculous. I think that service is important in all aspects, customer relations, sales, performance, etc… ServerPronto has delivered on all those fronts. Hopefully they will continue to do so, and I can establish a long business relation with them.
