I really liked ServerPronto’s email customer response system. I simply mailed in with my problem, and was given a quick and straight to the point response. Unlike those telephone help lines, you don’t have to cancel your plans and spend an eternity going through sub-menus or being put on hold for indefinite periods of time. They also take time to answer your question with a real answer, not standardized answers that you find on many of those automated lines. The technicians at ServerPronto are also very highly trained. They break things down into easy to follow steps and guide you through the process. They don’t simply fill their answers with lots of technical terms and other “mumbo-jumbo” as many of these companies are infamous for. I want to thank the people at ServerPronto for their hard work, and maybe you guys can teach your competitors how to treat their customers.
