I signed up for ServerPronto a few weeks ago. I have not had any problems so far. There has been no downtime and the sites load quickly. I was also surprised at all the bandwidth and storage space I was afforded, especially since I signed up for one of their “Starter” packages. It had more than enough power to meet my needs. There were a few problems I had loading scripts but with their convenient email ticket system, I was able to fix the problem in less than a few hours, and the best part is that I didn’t have to look far for the answer, or call one of those irritating tech service lines.(no one likes calling those)
ServerPronto’s pricing is also very competitive. I pay only $30 a month for my own server, previous hosts would charge me that much just to run my site on a shared server. I can confidently say that I am fully satisfied by the excellent service I have been provided with, and with such a low price, it would be stupid to go anywhere else.
